    • Increased our service commitment for monthly uptime percentage to 99.99% and revised the service credits accordingly;
    • Explicitly stated that the SLA does not apply to any features in beta
      version; and
    • Added one limitation (i.e., Article 6.1.11) regarding any features in beta
      version, such as TiFlash.
  • Service Level Agreement for TiDB Cloud Services updated on March 31, 2022
    This update includes:

    • Increased our service commitment for monthly uptime percentage to 99.9% and revised the service credits accordingly;
    • Added customer obligations section for the service credit as the new Section 4;
    • Added one limitation (i.e., Article 6.1.9) and specified the wordings of several limitations; 、
    • Removed the advance notice for SLA; and
    • Specified several definitions in Section 1.
